I have been going to this Starbucks daily since I moved to the Edinburgh area, i always have a pleasant experience but I always look forward to seeing Megan when she is working. She always is attentive and I can tell she takes her time with each guest to make sure they have an excellent experience! She is an amazing employee! Wish every Starbucks had a Megan !

Me and the wifey went to Starbucks this evening and Abby Ella and Julian were very customer friendly and informative on all the great rewards and offers to check in our email which we totally forgot. We had saved us some starbucks and gave us some points/rewards. The lobby café was clean and our drinks were exactly what we needed to get our evening started off right!

The manager at this location is the best! We knew her from her previous job. She continues to give the best customer service and drinks! She speaks with her staff with respect.

The Baristas there are so nice! I love coming here. I used to frequent the Starbucks off of Hanbury until this one opened. My order is always spot on. If there is even the tiniest bit of wait on my drink, the person working the drive thru are always pleasant and asks about your day. This morning especially I was asked how my morning was going. I guess they could see it wasn’t going great. I explained I had to deal with a flat tire. When I pulled away, I noticed the sticker on my coffee. It really made my day!

The baristas here are so sweet and accommodating! I tried something new and they were so kind about changing it if I didn’t like it. This has been the best Starbucks I’ve been to so far!

I put in a mobile order and came inside to study. Megan on the evening shift still made sure to greet me, tell me about their refillable options, and made me feel very comfortable being there. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
